Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of €3.60 per order for shipping.
Our tasting box is sent by goods post and costs 2.80 €.
From an order value of 35,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
Austria: parcel 3,90 € / goods post 2,99€.
From an order value of 45,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs to Austria.
Switzerland: Parcel 8,99 € / Goods post 5,80€.
From an order value of 65,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs to Switzerland.
We calculate the shipping costs abroad (parcel) as follows:
Belgium: 12,50 €
Denmark: 12,50 €
Estonia: 12,50 €
Finland: 12,50 €
France: 12,50 €
Italy: 12,50 €
Luxembourg: 12,50 €
Netherlands: 12,50 €
Poland: 12,50 €
Portugal: 12,50 €
Sweden: 12,50 €
Spain: 12,50 €
Czech Republic: 12,50 €
Hungary: 12,50 €
For orders over 95,00 € we deliver free of charge abroad.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.
Customs duties
In addition, further taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but have to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
